Return Policy
At Lily & Kate Vancouver, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document we clearly explain our returns policy.
Conditions for returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely at the expense of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not permitted.

Returning products that have deliberately been ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return them is not permitted.
Return process

Register your return via info@lilyandkatevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier from us (located in China).

You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refund
After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
