Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Are you a creative Graphic Designer who loves fashion and e-commerce Then we want to meet you. Lily & Kate is looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate our brand story into clear, attractive visuals for our online store and marketing.
Responsibilities
• Design attractive and user-friendly visuals for our website, such as banners and product images
• Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and online ads
• Make visuals that fit our brand and support our storytelling
• Work closely with the founders on concepts and turn them into effective visual content
• Guard the visual identity so all designs are consistent and on-brand
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or fashion
• Strong skills with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good eye for typography, colour and composition
• Accurate, detail-focused way of working
• Able to work with deadlines and switch quickly between tasks
• Clear communication and open to feedback and collaboration
• Portfolio with recent work

Job Opening: Retail Sales Associate
Do you love helping women feel good in what they wear Do you enjoy styling outfits and giving honest advice Lily & Kate is looking for a friendly and driven Retail Sales Associate for our boutique in Vancouver. You help our customers find outfits that fit their style and daily life.
Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and give personal styling and fit advice
• Help customers choose the right size and combinations so they leave feeling confident
• Keep the store tidy and make sure collections are presented clearly and neatly
• Support daily tasks such as restocking and basic cashier duties
• Answer questions in-store, by phone and online in a friendly and helpful way
Requirements
• Experience in retail, preferably in fashion
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Interest in women’s fashion and a good sense of style
• Enjoy giving personal, honest advice
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends or busy periods when needed
• Reliable, on time and comfortable working in a small team
